Helios is proud to offer premium apartment living at an accessible price. As an income-restricted community, we follow the guidelines below:

Maximum Income Allowed:

  • 1 Person: $47,700
  • 2 People: $54,480
  • 3 People: $61,320
  • 4 People: $68,100

Please note: Households cannot consist solely of full-time students unless one of the five student exceptions under the tax credit program applies. Please refer to the property’s Tenant Selection Criteria for a full summary of the exemptions.
