• 1 Person: $47,700

• 2 People: $54,480

• 3 People: $61,320

• 4 People: $68,100

Please note: Households cannot consist of only full-time students unless one of the five student exceptions under the tax credit program are applicable, reference the property Tenant Selection Criteria for a full summary of the exemptions.
